WINEMAKING:Fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature 14°C after a soft pressing.
Ageing 6 months in stainless steel tanks then gets bottled.

TASTING NOTES:Light yellow colour with golden reflections. Fruity with floral and herbal notes. Harmonic,
well balanced with pleasant and persistent aftertaste.

Serve at 10°C – 12°C

VIGNA DEI BARDI
Rosato Toscana IGT

GRAPES: Sangiovese 95% Merlot 5%

WINEMAKING: Fermentationin steel tanks at controlled temperature 14°C after a soft pressing and short skin maceration. Ageing 6 months in stainless steel tanks then gets bottled.

TASTING NOTES: Light pink colour with yellow reflections.Hints of violet flowers and cherry. Fresh and sapid.

Serve at 10°C – 12°C

MOLIN NOVO
Rosso Toscana IGT

PRODUCTION AREA: Fattoria Il Canneto, Vigneti di Baccanella, San Miniato di Pisa, Tuscany-Italy

GRAPES: Sangiovese 85% Merlot 15%

WINEMAKING: Traditional vinification, long maceration and fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature 28°C. Ageing 6 months in Concrete tanks and stainless steel tanks + 2 months inbottle.

TASTING NOTES: Ruby red colour with intense violet reflections. The typicalfruit of marasca cherry is mixed with light spicy and herbal notes. Medium-Full bodied and elegant red wine with a good pulp and a fresh typical acidity.

Serve at 16°C – 18°C

LUNA
Sangiovese Toscana IGT

PRODUCTION AREA: Fattoria Il Canneto, Vigneti di Baccanella, San Miniato di Pisa, Tuscany-Italy

GRAPES: Sangiovese 100%

WINEMAKING: Traditional vinification, long maceration and fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature 28°C.
Ageing: 6 months in Slavonian oak casks and French oak barrels, 4 monthsin stainless steel tanks + 2 months inbottle.

TASTING NOTES: Ruby red colour, deep and intense fruit of marasca cherry mixed with spicy notes due to small French oak barrels ageing.
Full bodied, harmonious,elegant red wine with fresh typical acidity that gives an enjoyable drinkability.

Serve at 18 °C – 20 °C

WINEMAKING: Traditional vinification, long maceration and fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature 28°C.
Ageing12 months in French oak barrels further refinement in stainless steel tanks + 2 months ageing in bottle.

TASTING NOTES: Ruby red colour with violet reflections with aroma of ripe small black fruits such as currant and blueberry mixed with light spicy notes. Full bodied and elegant red wine, well balanced with long, persistent and pleasant aftertaste.

Serve at 18°C – 20°C
